Appointment times are approximate. We strive to see patients promptly, but delays can occur due to clinical emergencies.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in cancellation fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for consultations and treatments must be made in full at the time of booking or service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via major debit and credit cards.
Prices for services are available upon request and may be subject to change without prior notice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for services rendered are not generally available unless required by law or under exceptional circumstances.
If, after clinical consultation, a treatment is deemed unsuitable, only the consultation fee may be charged, and any unused treatment fees may be refunded at our discretion.
