Pricing Guide

This guide provides an indicative overview of our prices for minor surgical procedures. Final costs may vary depending on the type, size, and complexity of the lesion. All prices listed are starting from and will be confirmed with you before appointment is booked or after consultation is done.

Consultation Fee (Mandatory & Non-Refundable)

£95 for 15 minutes

Includes:

  • Detailed clinical assessment of lump, cyst, or skin lesion
  • Discussion of treatment options, risks, benefits, and outcomes
  • Written consent if proceeding to surgery

More about our consultation service:

  • This consultation is required prior to any surgical procedure.
  • The fee is non-refundable, including for missed appointments or if treatment is not offered (e.g. lesion deemed high-risk or inappropriate for private care).
  • We do not treat suspicious or potentially cancerous lesions. Instead, you will be referred to your NHS GP with a supporting letter.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Current medication list
  • GP referral (if available), or access your records via the NHS App
  • You will receive link to complete your medical history prior to your appointment so please make sure you complete it

Important Notice:

We treat only benign (non-cancerous) lesions. If a lesion appears suspicious:
a) We will not proceed with removal and recommend an urgent NHS referral via your GP (2-week wait). A consultation letter will be provided.
b) If removed and later confirmed as cancerous by histology, we will notify you and your GP to ensure appropriate NHS referral.
We do not offer general medical services (e.g., chronic disease reviews, prescriptions). Our clinic is solely for the removal of skin lesions, lumps, and bumps that are often not treated by the NHS due to being classified as Low Clinical Value.

Surgical Procedure Fees

These prices are only estimated and exact procedure fee will be provided to you before procedure is booked. All procedure Prices exclude histology/laboratory analysis fee. If histology is sent privately then it is charged separately and private histology/laboratory prices are provided below.

Skin Tags

  • 1–2mm, single: £55
  • 1–2mm, up to 5: £110
  • 1-2mm up to 10: £195
  • >2mm, single: £75
  • >2mm, multiple: Price on consultation

Warts / Verrucae

  • Single: £95
  • Up to 3: £160
  • >3 & <6: £220
  • >6: Price on consultation

Skin Lesions or Mole or Cyst or Lump or Lipoma Removal

  • <1cm: £290 per lesion
  • >1–3cm: £390 per lesion
  • >3-5cm: £480 per lesion
  • >5cm & <7cm: £695 per lesion
  • >7cm: high risk, Price on Consultation

Note: Lipomas >5cm may require imaging ultrasound first prior to excision. We don't offer ultrasound service and we advise you ask your GP to arrange it as it is best practice to scan any lump which is >5cm

Lumps/Lesions on sensitive parts of the body are assessed on a case-by-case bases and Procedure Price is provided after consultation (if clinically appropriate to proceed)

Ingrow Toenail

Ingrow Toenail: £695 per nail

Only one toenail will be operated on at a time. A post-operative care leaflet will be provided. One follow-up appointment is included in the fee; any additional follow-up appointments will be charged at £60 each

Face / Genitals / Sensitive Areas / High Risk lesions or lumps:

  • Assessed on a case-by-case bases due to the complex nature of these lesions – Price provided after consultation (if clinically appropriate to proceed)

Follow-Up Care

  • 1 follow-up included with surgical fee
  • Additional follow-ups (if needed): £60 per visit

*Any surgical Procedure not stated in this price guide, please send an enquiry and we can provide you a price guide. Often assessment is required in which case you will be requested to book consultation for assessment and price can be provided to you after consultation.

Histology / Laboratory Analysis

Charged separately (in addition to surgical procedure fee). Histology is advised for most removed lesions.

  • Cysts: £190
  • Lipomas: £245
  • Skin Lesions: £245

Please note that lumps bigger than 4cm are charged higher so exact price can be provided by the team where relevant

Results are typically available in 7–12 working days and sent to patient via email provided on booking.

If advanced tests (e.g. immunohistochemistry, molecular diagnostics) are advised by the lab, extra charges will apply. Patients will be informed in such cases.

If malignancy is found, results will be shared with the patient and GP (if details provided). In case of cancer found, we strongly recommend NHS cancer referral pathways, though private referral letters can be arranged on request.
